EXPERIENCE
I discovered video editing as a kid and developed a profound love for it. Some years later I graduated from Ravensbourne and began working at The Farm Group on shows including The Grand Tour, The X-Factor and 24 Hours In A&E. I would freelance on evenings and weekends and in my early twenties moved to freelance full-time, delving into the world of feature documentaries.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, I had the privilege of editing my first feature length, The Silicon Valley Of Hardware. This soon lead to multiple high impact films, including BAFTA-nominated Keyboard Fantasies and award winning Medicine Man. Over the years I honed my craft and learned the intricacies of weaving compelling narratives.
After establishing Untangled, a cloud post-production house that today works with notable brands including Audible, Bose and Rapha, I extended my expertise as a consultant. I’ve offered valuable insights on productions including Live To Win and Turn The Dial. These experiences not only solidified my reputation in the industry but also fuelled my ambition to create a dedicated space for post-production excellence.

I am a professional editor with over a decade of experience cutting film, from BAFTA nominated documentaries to television commercials. I bring a wealth of technical and creative expertise to the table, enabling me to provide guidance on how to structure and enhance the narrative flow of a film. I offer constructive and objective feedback on the editing choices made by the editor or director, assessing the visual and emotional impact of scenes, transitions and effects, helping to fine-tune the creative aspects of the edit. This feedback often includes suggestions on how to make the storytelling more engaging, impactful, and visually appealing.

My career as an editor and post house director allows me to facilitate effective communication between the editing team and other stakeholders, such as directors and producers. My fee structure is designed to provide a transparent and customised approach to meet your specific needs.
FIRST REVIEW AND DISCUSSION
£500
This initial fee covers a comprehensive review of up to two hours of edited material, followed by a 90 minute discussion over video call. During this time we'll examine your video content, discuss your goals and expectations and I’ll provide valuable insights into potential edits, structure changes, tonal shifts and pacing improvements. At the end of the session we’ll discuss if you’d benefit from further consultancy and design a bespoke plan to move forward with further reviews.
BESPOKE PLAN OF ACTION
£85 Per Hour
Following the initial review, we may collaboratively create a bespoke plan of action tailored to your unique project requirements. This plan may include specific editing strategies, recommendations for enhancements and a detailed roadmap to achieve your desired outcomes. We can arrange further reviews and ensure that you have the flexibility to address specific elements of your video content in a detailed and thorough manner.
